ASSISTATRON
End User Agreement
Last updated: May 15, 2026
This agreement is between you (the user) and Deepnet One Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No 14414482), trading as Assistatron. By using Assistatron, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
This agreement is written in plain English. Where legal precision requires specific wording, we have included it — but we have tried to make every clause understandable without a lawyer.
1. What Assistatron is
Assistatron is a software platform that helps you find, monitor, and manage iron condor options positions. It does this by connecting your assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok) to a dedicated trade engine and to your brokerage account.
What Assistatron is not
Assistatron is not a broker. It does not hold your money, open brokerage accounts, or execute trades directly. All trade execution happens through a third-party brokerage that you connect via OAuth. Your money stays with your broker at all times.
Assistatron is not a financial adviser. It does not give investment advice, recommend specific trades, or tell you what to do with your money. It provides analysis tools and execution infrastructure. All trading decisions are yours.
Assistatron is not responsible for your broker's services. Your relationship with your broker is governed by their own terms. If your broker has an outage, delays a fill, or changes their policies, that is between you and them.
2. How it works
You connect your assistant to Assistatron's engine using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Your assistant can then search for iron condor candidates, check positions, analyse rolls, and request trade execution — all through natural language.
Every trade follows a two-phase process:
(a) Proposal. Your assistant requests a trade. The engine analyses the option chain, checks your risk limits, and returns a proposal with the exact strikes, maximum loss, and net credit. The proposal expires after 60 seconds.
(b) Confirmation. You review the proposal and explicitly confirm it. Only then does Assistatron submit the order to your broker. No trade is ever placed without your confirmation.
This two-phase process is enforced at the protocol level. It cannot be bypassed by your assistant or by any other part of the system.
3. Your responsibilities
When you use Assistatron, you accept responsibility for:
(a) Your trading decisions. Assistatron provides tools. You make the choices. Every trade requires your explicit confirmation.
(b) Your assistant's actions. Your assistant acts on your behalf, under your direction. If you instruct it to do something, the consequences are yours.
(c) Reviewing every trade proposal before confirming it. The confirmation step exists specifically to give you the final say.
(d) Understanding the risks of options trading, including the risk of loss. See Section 9 for a full risk warning.
(e) Keeping your credentials secure — your login, your API tokens, and your brokerage connection.
(f) Complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations.
4. Your brokerage account
To execute live trades, you must connect a brokerage account from a supported broker. You do this by authorising Assistatron to access your brokerage account via OAuth.
Before you connect, Assistatron will show you a disclosure screen explaining what access you are granting. You must acknowledge this disclosure before proceeding. We log the acknowledgment with a timestamp.
When your broker is connected:
(a) Assistatron can view your account information and submit orders at your direction.
(b) Your funds stay with your broker at all times. Assistatron never holds, transfers, or has access to your money.
(c) You can disconnect your broker at any time. When you disconnect, Assistatron revokes the stored tokens and can no longer access your brokerage account.
Assistatron is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the services provided by any brokerage partner. For the list of currently supported brokers, see assistatron.com/brokers.
5. Your assistant
Assistatron provides infrastructure for assistants to interact with the platform. The assistant you use (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or any other MCP-compatible client) is a third-party product. It is not built, operated, or controlled by Assistatron.
Assistants may:
(a) Produce incorrect or incomplete analysis.
(b) Misinterpret your instructions.
(c) Propose trades that do not match what you intended.
The platform's risk gate enforces hard limits on trade parameters (such as maximum loss per position, delta targets, and the number of concurrent positions). These limits reduce but do not eliminate the possibility of undesirable outcomes. No technology is infallible.
The confirmation step is your safeguard. Every trade proposal must be reviewed and confirmed by you before it is submitted to your broker. If a proposal does not look right, decline it.
6. Fees
Subscription
Paper trading is free. No subscription, no time limit, no credit card required.
Live trading requires a monthly subscription:
(a) Waitlist price: $29 per month, locked for the life of your subscription.
(b) Standard price at launch: $49 per month.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through a third-party payment processor. Assistatron does not store your payment card details.
Per-position fee
A fee of 3% of max credit is charged on every new position. This fee applies to both new entries and rolls (a roll closes an existing position and opens a new one, so it counts as a new position).
Example: A 1-contract SPY iron condor with a net credit of $1.57 per share ($157 total). Assistatron fee: $4.71. Broker regulatory fees (passed through at cost, no markup): approximately $0.10. Net credit after fees: approximately $152.19.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
14-day cooling-off period
If you are subscribing for the first time, you have 14 days from the date of your first payment to cancel for a full refund, unless you have explicitly consented to begin using the live trading service immediately. If you consent to immediate access, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel during the cooling-off period.
This cooling-off right applies as required by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Data and privacy
Assistatron collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at assistatron.com/privacy. In summary:
(a) We store your email address, account settings, and risk profile preferences.
(b) We store encrypted OAuth tokens for your brokerage connection. These are encrypted at the application level before storage.
(c) We process trade data (positions, orders, P&L) received from your broker's API. This data is used to provide the platform's services and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
(d) We may log assistant tool calls for debugging, security, and audit purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. For users in the UK and EU, your rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR (as applicable) are not affected by these terms.
8. Quality of service
Assistatron is digital content within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As such:
(a) The platform will be of satisfactory quality — it will function as described, be free from significant defects, and be kept in a reasonable state of repair.
(b) The platform will be fit for the purpose of connecting your assistant to a trade engine and broker for iron condor execution, as described on our website and in this agreement.
(c) The platform will match the description provided on our website. If we say a feature works, it should work.
If the platform has a fault — for example, a software bug that causes incorrect trade proposals, or a system failure that prevents you from managing your positions — you have the right to request that we fix it within a reasonable time. If we cannot fix it, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund, depending on the severity.
What this does not cover: market losses from trades you confirmed, broker outages or errors outside our control, incorrect analysis by your third-party assistant, or losses resulting from your own trading decisions.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
9. Risk warning
Options trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose the full amount of your maximum defined loss on any position.
Iron condors are positions where the maximum loss is known before entry. However, that maximum loss can be substantially larger than the premium received. Market conditions — including sudden volatility spikes, gaps, and illiquid strikes — can cause losses to materialise faster than anticipated.
Past performance of any approach is not indicative of future results. Statistical data cited on the website or by assistants reflects historical market conditions and does not guarantee any outcome.
You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. If you are unsure whether options trading is appropriate for you, consult a qualified financial adviser before using Assistatron.
10. Limitation of liability
We want to be clear about what we are and are not responsible for:
What we are responsible for
(a) The platform working as described. If a bug in our software causes a trade proposal to contain incorrect data, and you confirm that trade based on our incorrect data, we are responsible for the platform defect.
(b) Keeping your data secure. If we suffer a data breach due to our negligence, we are responsible.
(c) Any harm caused by our fraud or negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
What we are not responsible for
(a) Trading losses from positions you confirmed. Once you confirm a trade, the outcome is a market result, not a platform defect.
(b) Your broker's performance — outages, delayed fills, changed policies, or errors on their side.
(c) Your assistant's analysis or behaviour — incorrect reasoning, misinterpreted instructions, or hallucinated data.
(d) Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control — internet outages, exchange halts, force majeure.
Liability cap
Subject to the exclusions above, Deepnet One Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the fees you have paid to Assistatron in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This cap does not apply to liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This limitation is intended to be fair and proportionate to the nature of the service. If you believe a specific clause is unfair, you may have the right to challenge it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
11. Termination
By you
You may terminate this agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription and disconnecting your brokerage account. Your account will be deactivated and your data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By us
We may terminate this agreement or suspend your access if:
(a) You breach these terms.
(b) We are required to do so by law or regulation.
(c) We reasonably believe your use of the platform poses a risk to the platform, other users, or our brokerage partners.
If we suspend or terminate your access, we will tell you why (unless we are legally prohibited from doing so) and give you reasonable time to manage any open positions directly through your broker.
Open positions at termination: If you have open positions when your access ends, you are responsible for managing them directly through your broker. Assistatron is not responsible for positions that remain open after termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect:
(a) Changes in law or regulation.
(b) Changes to our services, features, or pricing.
(c) Changes required by our brokerage partners.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. We will clearly explain what is changing and why.
If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Assistatron after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We will not make changes that significantly disadvantage you without giving you a genuine opportunity to leave on your existing terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from this agreement will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. If you are entitled to bring a claim in the courts of your own country under mandatory local law, you may do so.
We include this clause because we are a UK company and English law is our home jurisdiction. We recognise that users in other countries have consumer protections that cannot be overridden by a choice-of-law clause, and we do not attempt to do so.
14. Entire agreement
This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure published on our website, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Deepnet One Ltd regarding your use of Assistatron.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
